shining alone.

All born alone and dies alone. Not everyone gets a person one. Life is not about crying for being you. It's all about facing things with acceptance. You don't have to be sorry for anything that isn't good for you. Something life just gets imbalanced. No one supports you, people ditch you all way, they turn their backs, no one stands by you not even your dears ones. During those times it's only you who can make you feel better. You don't need anyone to shine. You alone can shine, without any grip. You are lucky if u have everyone, but you are very lucky if you have no one, because it's just you who is going to shine and there will be no one to back stab. Don't loose faith in your self. Not everyone will be there for u always. Start building your own house stay there permanently. It's all you, who can withstand any storms.

listen to your heart

Not everyone has the same life, nor everyone is same. People are different so does others thought. But everytime life is not the same to all. Sometimes life gives happiness and sometimes it makes us cry and sometimes it makes us down. Indeed life is all about being happy. Happiness doesn't come to you always, it only comes when you find yourself in you. Happiness comes only when you listen to your heart and soul. Literally it doesn't mean so, but then when you know what you are, you must never be sorry for any
anything or must accept what makes you go mad at. Not everything in life is false, nor true. It's you who decide if its true or false. Sacrifice can be made, but not always going against your truth. Thoughts are not same for all. Understanding is the only key to be happy. No one will understand you better than yourself. You are you and you must know better than anyone. Your heart says what's correct for you, which should not harm someone's feelings physically or mentally. When you like it do it. You fail once, twice and many times. Once for all it returns, because coin always has two sides. If today is not your day, tomorrow will be. Only your heart knows what your going through rather than your brain. Your brain only thinks, but your heart listen to your soul. Going against your happiness may be depressing sometimes, never loose hopes. When the whole world is against you, don't worry one day when you feel that you are right and when you are in good deeds not everything can go against. One day things will come to you, even you losse hope. Never trust your intelligence, it's a part of thinking, intelligence is not always right. Your feelings is true because you will only know what you feel through. Happiness comes to you when you decide what's perfect for you, not others. Only you can be happy with yourself.

Know your Education.

Education is the basic thing for me and you. The education stream is different. Well, being in India it’s pretty common is major houses, parents forcing their children to study certain subjects like engineering and medicine, against their children willing. Hope many have faced this. Basically even I am one among them. 
After taking up this, have you ever succeeded in the stream after the years together of struggle?. Mostly few, Evn I am one among them.  
Well, the education we are in is frankly called competitive education”.  Everyone are studying this stupidity. Here, they judge and respect you according to your marks and rank. Books are only sources of knowledge. 98%, 99.5% is what you are judged by. You get lesser than this, you are probably categorised under above average student, and below 80% you are an average and if you score 60 minus your are the worst and chatter less student.
Our education system thought us to score rather than gaining knowledge. We are all under competition education. Our parents, teachers and peers. Life is only about engineering and medical. We fail to know that there is life beyond it. Being competitive is only life though. It’s something like “I need to be better than the other person”. It’s fine how long will can you? 
These days kids never want to fail, parents also pressurise them to never fail. Oh! Come on, life is like a heart beat lub- dub, there is a peak and trough(up and down). You cannot also see success same way you cannot see failure, if the life is straight it’s dead. Same thing in life. 
School are never teaching to face failure nor teaching technical skills for survival. They are teaching us to pull the other person down and run in the competition, if you are the victim then you are a looser and you wouldn’t have life after that.
In my opinion education should include in the subjects like ;
  1. Humanity 
  2. Morals 
  3. Philosophy 
  4. Science for life 
  5. Useful mathematics 
  6. Incompetetive job skills 
  7. Building yourself to a human 
  8. Basic and essential work 
  9. Equality 
Having degrees doesn’t make you smart, right education and experience makes you smart. Not everyone are same, each person have their interests. Not everyone can dance nor anyone can slove maths problems. 
More than books knowledge, educated yourself to be a one. Educate yourself to accept flaws, educate yourself to learn new skills, educate yourself to come out the failure and end is not the solution, educate yourself to believe in you, educate yourself to be happy, educate yourself to help others, educate yourself to find your interest, educate yourself to be a human again.

Quarantine, lockdown, studies and jobs?. Major problem in trend now. All are facing the problem. Atleast 90% of youth. Can you really fix this?. Or just go with a flow?. 
Things need to be set a little, till then jobs and studies are little in difficult times. You can till be employed now! How ? Here’s for you. 
Learn to understand yourself. This is the right time to think. Fix yourself in the right path. Many would have taken wrong steps in past, broken or failed. Don’t worry, this is the right opportunity to come out. You can be anything and everything in this world. Learn your interest and plan for your future now. The right time!.
Don’t worry let be anything job, studies, marriage, travel, business or anything that you want to be. As there will be a big opportunity once things get back. Get ready for that big day when you are free and ready to face the world again. 
Clear you doubts and confusion and come to a conclusion. Yes, the time is here for you. Think it as an opportunity for you or a break to mange life. 
Chill out for now, and learn to concentrate on your dreams and goals, meanwhile taking care of yourself. Learn to be a better person and make the right decision for life.

Depression and life.

It’s very heartbreaking to hear such a news, that one the young and talented Bollywood actor passed away with depression. Sounds foolish isn’t it !? If yes then this is for u. 
In india, depression is defined as many things (but expect for depression). In my personal experience, people who are suffering from depression also called in different names, let me explain. Depression in India means stupid, over thinking, some ghost is attacked, foolish, don’t learn new things, try to act normal, be happy always why u always tell ur problems ?, u shouldn’t share your problem with anyone they will laugh, after sharing problem people be like hmm yeh I know it’s ok don’t worry now it’s not there, tings will get better, ayya all these small things only your doing like this, aye don’t worry. These are the things I got to hear. 
Well, problems is for all. There are different methods to slove it. Depression does not come to you. You just get into it unknowing. There are reasons to. The problem whatever you are facing is too long, everyday it’s you who are living with the problem. When you can’t talk to anyone because of the people’s mentality who laughs at it saying some lame things. Like “ayyo, if this ur problem I have much much bigger than yours u know.” “Do yoga da, everything will be good”. “Don’t worry you will have better future.” . Some doesn’t know that not all problem are same. You don’t face the same circumstances the other person is facing just to tell “ok don’t worry da”. Not all have to same mental ability to take it in the right way. Not all the same capability. When someone needs to talk to you about their problems listen first, even thoug “you” who is masters of all feel it lame. Their problem and your problem are not the same. They will people with week minded, strong minded. Learn the difference. 
People’s life with depression is not easy. It’s take too long to understand them. First they will feel helpless, hopeless, thoughts to die. Your days and their days are not the same. When you wake with happiness they wake with exhaustion. 
It’s true that everyone have a untold story, but in my opinion only few have untold stories. Life in depression is hell. You don’t trust anyone, you don’t want to do anything, you don’t want to have a life, you hate light and many. Problems might be temporary. But the impact of it is permanent. 
In my personal experience, I have seen depression, life near to death, life during recovery and life after recovery. Each stages have different ways. I will explain u two parts. Life during recovery and life after recovery. Life during recovery is not anything compared to living in hell. You understand your surroundings in the way that you will be not ready to do anything with it. If the life goes on it goes. During this stage, it’s something to find a hope and help. Sometimes life is favourable withe most it’s not. Favourable times, let’s call it good times  can give a hope, while unfavourable times like bad times gives u reasons for falling in depression again. Still as the recovery process, there you will see a drastic change in life. Your behavior gets positive, you slightly start trusting people, you will smile at little things, yow will find a new way to be happy. But life is soo unfair that little things might also get you depressed. Small things in life can also pull you down. Anger, sadness, emotion still keeping you busy. Getting angry for silly things, over emotions for little things, having lesser patience, can’t wait for long time. For other it might seems like “mad person”. But people with it can feel the crew. Its because they would have already seen the darker part of life, now they expect something good to happen.  It’s like when your hungry you can’t wait to eat more, if u get sufficient food you will be happy, still if u get insufficient food you still are hungry, the you obviously want to eat more. The same thing with this. Life after recovery is no less. Being impatient, still being hopeless and helpless is the same throughout. After all the experience you will still not find a peace in life. Having fickle minded, loosing interest easily, getting sad about little things, having no hopes of life, not trusting people much, wanting to be alone most of the time, getting over excited, having no patience to wait, lack of interest still finding a hope. 
Life with depression is not easy, fluctuating emotions is a common thing. Stop telling people lame things like to do yoga, wait, have patience, move on is not the solution. They expect you to understand them. 
Some people get through it some people silently suffer, some people bare it and some just ignore. Whatever the thing is open up. 
Life is unfair to many, but make it a habit to always be there for yourself. Therapy and being by their side is most important. Please never ever tell lame things to people with depression. They need some magic and fantasy words. 
Atlest if you can’t help your beloved one, stup up and stop blaming for small things. Like you have ambitions they too will have.  
In my personal experience, I have seen people betraying, laughing, telling to be normal, calling mad, stupid, funny. Experience with depression is little thought to explain. Heartbreaks, failures, empty pockets, loneliness, unacceptable,  non achievement, unclear life, anxiety, fluctuations emotions are part of it.
All I want to tell is, please stop being lame, we are here to support each other.

All about life.

Life is life no matter how you change your options. They say everyday is a new opportunity to learn things. But new things is only learnt when you realize that things are not working properly. So accumulation of all days are pages of opportunity, either can be left, half filled or filled. 
Life teaches us everything. Unsuccessful days, failures, later realisation, heartbreaks, traumas, pain, happiness, tears, everything is temporary. But they are all part of life. Just think, the last year the same the previous “you” and the now “you” are different. It’s because everyday u learn, grow, make mistakes, take wrong decision. But it’s clear that you are more  mature than the year before. 
Life is crazy, it always gives us shell before the fruits. Some break it easily and some takes patience and some takes time. Remember taking time and taking patience are different. So in some suitation patience plays the role and in some time plays a role. 
Life is such a great thing that it happens to be. Sometimes it’s easy and something it’s funny, and sometimes very difficult. Is it something to go with a flow ? Or be precise about any particular? Or be stubbon?. The answer lies within you. You don’t have choose one all one. In fact fit in all three according. That brings in a beautiful way out. 
In my opinion life is not easy, not clear, nor tough. All take time. Heart break, failures is a key to open the lock of happiness and success. So fit in the right key, with this time and patience. That’s all life is about.

 Best High Protein Breakfast.

Hey guys, proteins are the nutrition that helps in development of body, giving the best health. High protein breakfast is important for the daily energy and mechanisms. Here are high protein recipes to include in your breakfast.

1. Banana and peanut butter shake.
    - one banana 
    - half tablespoon peanut butter 
    - 1/2 galas milk and 1/2 glass water 
    - 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa  powder. 
    
  Blend all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy your morning breakfast. Need not add sugar                because, banana have high fructose ( high sugar) .

2. Green gram dosa.
   - 1 cup green gram.
   - 1/2 cup flattened rice.
   - a dash of ginger.
   - salt as required.
   - 2 green chillies.
    
 soak green gram and flattened rice overnight. Grind in the morning adding water, ginger, salt and   green chillies. The batter should be in a pouring consistency.

3. Chickpea salad. 
     - white chickpea soaked overnight.
     - carrot diced
     - tomato sliced.
     - fresh coriander. 
     - fresh coconut grated.(optional)
     - salt.
     - lemon juice.
     - spices (optional or according to your taste.)
     - chopped onions.
     - diced cucumber.
     - 2-4 drops of coconut oil for dressing.
     - low fat mustard sauce (optional).
  
Boil the soaked chickpea. Add in all the vegetables mix well. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. Add few drop of coconut oil and 2 spoons of mustard sauce to a seperate bowl, mix it well. To this mixture add in one spoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper(my personal choice) mix well. Add the prepared sauce to the prepared salad, give it a good mix. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
