Beat the heat

Hello guys! Summers around? A nice time to realx but hard times on health. Here are few tips the battle the heat.

- swim in: doesn't literally means to jump into a pool. Drinking water as much possible this summers can protect from dehydration. Too much water is not mad at summers

- Jump with jelly: yummy jellies & gummy bears?? Not at all. Try basil seed jelly. Soak this for 15- 20 mins in water drink it along with water. This tiny jellies are rich in fibres that triggers hunger for a longer time. These seeds have a cooling property. Add them into fresh fruit juices ,milk shakes, water and coconut water.

- chill pill: everyone needs a chill pill. For your body chill pill is the summer season fruits. They are rich in vitamin, fibres and antioxidants. Like the figs, watermelon, musk melons, mangoes. Have a chill pill everyday. High intake of fruits can Tigger ur hunger and the fructose ( fruit sugars) can lead to keep u energised all day.

- Feel the cool: ice creams?? For cooling?? Nah! It's not that cool idea to beat the heat. High sugar level in the ice creams can leads to dehydration by adsorbing water in the body.so if u really want to stay cool have tender coconut water every day or regularly to beat the heat.

-Say goodbye to few: sometimes no matter what just say good bye to these stuff like the spicy food, junks, fries and other yummy stuff Especially in summers. Avoid eating out. During summers cooked food can rotten up faster. So avoid eating out because who knows what restraunts severs.

- Add flavour to life: yes adding flavour does not harm u in any way. If ur bored of drinking the same water. Add some lemon juice, grated cucumber, cumin powder (jeera), basil seeds, mints , watermelon to your water to make it more healthier and tastier.

So these are the few tips for this summers. Stay healthy and beat the heat.

Weight loss is easy!!

Good day all! Everyone wish to have a perfect healthy and fit body. But few people can't as they are busy in work schedule and many more lifestyle changes. Here are few tips where you can actually make out a little difference. A small change in your everyday routine can help u out.

1) THE DRINK: It is a detox drink. This can be taken daily in empty stomach. This is really works out pretty well. Try this out to feel a great difference. To 300ml of warm water add handful of mint leaves (dried or fresh). Add half lemon juice and honey. 1/3rd tea spoon of cinnamon powder (really helps in cutting of belly fat) and ginger or ginger juice 2 tea spoon .mix it well and drink it everyday. This detox Ur body and help in reduce of belly fat. This drink doesn't work out overnight. Regular intake will definitely make out a big difference!

2) AVoid the intake of sugar. U can add honey or jagery. As sugar contain high calorie content that helps in weight gain. Also avoid the intake of salt content foods at night!

3) FATs & FACT : yes! A healthy fat is a key to stay fit. Avoid fried foods, butter, cheese. A tea spoon of ghee is actually good for u. Mix it with any of Ur foods. A spoon of ghee everyday will help u out to stay fit. As it contains good cholesterol! Try out flax seeds. Add some flax seeds in Ur daily diet to bring in some differences.

4) WATER: Drinking 3l to 5l of water everyday can helps in loose weight. They flush out extra toxins and helps in good metabolism. They cut out the fats from your body.it also keeps you hydrated.

5) SWEAT TO FIT: A Regular workout of 30-45 mins everyday is good! When u have no time make Ur time to physical fitness! Workout can be of yoga, dance, swim, jog, walk, or gym! So guys any of Ur favourite workout can be done! This keeps you active all day long.

6) Intake of proteins. They help us to repair the dead cells in our body. they reduce the hunger. Add 2 boiled eggs every morning as Ur breakfast. If Ur a vegan add some boiled kindey beans, green grams and few soy beans. Include yoghurt in Ur diet

7) GREENs: being eco friendly is good. Include lots of greens In Ur diet. They are rich in antioxidants. Try out palak soup Thrice a week. Include green tea everyday u can add tulsi leaves lemon and honey to it. snacking up with cucumber, carrots and bell peppers is good.

8) A little change in diet. U can replace white rice with brown rice. Add fiber rich foods. Include 5 almonds and handful of raisins. Avoid fried and spicy foods. Include lemon juice in Ur diet.

9) u can also try dark chocolates. Intake of lots of fluids lke fresh juices. Add in some fresh fruits every day.

These are some of the few things that u can actually change. Follow them for few months and u can see in a big difference. Diet is not to starve. Dieting is eating more of healthy food. So guys please eat healthy and stay happy. Don't at all starve yourself in the name of diet!
