 Best High Protein Breakfast.

Hey guys, proteins are the nutrition that helps in development of body, giving the best health. High protein breakfast is important for the daily energy and mechanisms. Here are high protein recipes to include in your breakfast.

1. Banana and peanut butter shake.
    - one banana 
    - half tablespoon peanut butter 
    - 1/2 galas milk and 1/2 glass water 
    - 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa  powder. 
    
  Blend all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy your morning breakfast. Need not add sugar                because, banana have high fructose ( high sugar) .

2. Green gram dosa.
   - 1 cup green gram.
   - 1/2 cup flattened rice.
   - a dash of ginger.
   - salt as required.
   - 2 green chillies.
    
 soak green gram and flattened rice overnight. Grind in the morning adding water, ginger, salt and   green chillies. The batter should be in a pouring consistency.

3. Chickpea salad. 
     - white chickpea soaked overnight.
     - carrot diced
     - tomato sliced.
     - fresh coriander. 
     - fresh coconut grated.(optional)
     - salt.
     - lemon juice.
     - spices (optional or according to your taste.)
     - chopped onions.
     - diced cucumber.
     - 2-4 drops of coconut oil for dressing.
     - low fat mustard sauce (optional).
  
Boil the soaked chickpea. Add in all the vegetables mix well. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. Add few drop of coconut oil and 2 spoons of mustard sauce to a seperate bowl, mix it well. To this mixture add in one spoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper(my personal choice) mix well. Add the prepared sauce to the prepared salad, give it a good mix. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

inspiration terms

Ok, so everyone wishes to have a life of their choice. Well it’s nice to! Some people seem to get compromised on things they don’t like, but some are rebels to their life. It’s not easy both the way, either they have to keep quite or they have to face everything. The choice is left to you. 
Well, it sure that everyone suffer. Some people have less and some more it’s a fact that thought times happens to all. Going down to earth doesn’t help. When you have chosen to stand, just do it! Never look back for others and their thoughts. It’s you who wins your life not others. It’s your who want to be happy not others! Then why? Do u need to compromise on other thoughts. Don’t let someone choreograph your show. Do it yourself! When u choreograph your show, yow will learn to be perfect because it’s yours. 
Life is not easy, life is not tough! But it lies in between, it’s like your heartbeat “lub-dub”, the high and the low peaks, once it gets straight you loose it. When your heart beats says there are ups and downs, why don’t we accept the downs?. Obviously, everyone like the good things happening to them, but when you see things it may be right for you, not to others. 
Life of everyone is different, how do u expect others to perfect when you have ups and downs?. How do expect to be perfect when your heart beat is only not! 
Perfections are not to meant to have a happy life! Happy life is that smiling every day and accepting the challenges knowing that you have to face things. It’s the fact! So to accept the challenges don’t choose or live for others sake!. Live for u, choose your life, never let anyone choose your life, it’s not because they are wrong, they implement their thought in you!
